This is a great location for the ferry over to Mackinac Island. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and looked taken care of but its definitely an older facility.

Great stay! The property isn’t new or perfect but it was clean and in a fantastic area! We found the room to be a little noisy because of stairwell/ other guests, but we’re not exactly light sleepers so it wasn’t too much of an issue.

Would not recommend. We didn’t get the room we wanted- got 2 queens instead of 1. The room smelled like smoke and weed. Very dingy. Mattress was very hard. Shower had nice water pressure. Pictures looked like it was a much nicer place. Pool is not connected, so we didn’t use. Didn’t walk to walk outside and around to go to it. Weed smell was prominent when we checked in at the lobby. Wasn’t able to check out bc lobby was closed. We left a day early. Spend the extra money and get a nicer hotel to enjoy your time in the great city and island!

For the price, this is a good basic motel! Within walking distance to main streets and ferry docks. Check in was very smooth and the room was clean.

Very close to shepler’s ferry dock for Mackinac Island! The room was pretty clean and comfortable. Definitely would come back if I were to spend a few days in Mackinac.
