no comment no complaints previously. The tax receipt was explained it is the system not that I would not give one.

We do appologise regarding the toilet, however no one has ever said anything previously, we will now have a look at it and try to work out why this is happening. Yes that room is worse for wear and we are looking to replace furniture in this room. We are only new to this motel and trying to update rooms.
