"Lovely stay at Hacienda Villa Sotomayor. The view of the mountains was beautiful. The rooms are comfortable and clean. We had a problem with the shower in our room and when the staff realized it wasn't fixable in a timely basis, management quickly assigned us a new and larger casita. All the staff we met were so gracious and hospitable. The grounds are well kept, the pool is maintained well and the convenience to sites is great. "

"We had an amazing time, room was beautiful and clean. The staff at front desk was attentive and helpfull. The waiter Paola was amazing. The included breakfast is fantastic, with so many delicious options to choose from each morning. It’s the perfect way to start your day in such a charming place. "El cuarto estaba limpio El desayuno muy caro. $22 es carísimo para un desayuno. No desayuné allí. El staff puede ser más amable, llegamos tarde y se veía que estaban cansados. La atención no fue la mejor. No nos pusieron ni las pulseras del hotel, éramos las únicas sin las pulseras pensando que nos podían preguntar en cualquier momento si éramos huéspedes del parador. El parking está bien, cerca del parador, pero abierto y no hay seguridad. Por lo menos yo no vi a nadie de seguridad en los tres días que estuve. "
