The room are clean and updated the breakfast wast nice they make the eggs on ths spot and the way you want them the services was great would recommend 10m walk to train stations
Excellent place to stay if you are visiting Machu Picchu. They make you to go breakfast and offer to stay with your luggage during your visit. Also you can use their bathroom if needed.
This is a very clean hotel. The staff were super nice and helpful. I rated the property a 4/5 because the rooms need A/C and heat, and to circulate air in the rooms.
Friendly staff Good breakfast Stored our luggage while we visited Machu Picchu The room we were given had no windows to the outside of building but was to the inside of the hallway which made it quite noisy with all the movements of the guest very annoying
We were only there for one night before going to MP but enjoyed our stay at the Inti Pacha Palace. It is very clean and the beds are super comfortable. The staff were super friendly and the free breakfast was excellent. Only minor complaints were that the wife wasn't super reliable and the room didn't have any air conditioning - not unusual for the Cusco area but the room felt a little stuffy and the windows didn't have a screen and we didn't want any of the annoying biting flies in the room. We still managed to sleep really well so it wasn't a huge problem.
Staff was nice. One o the lady was their at railway station to pick us up which was surprise. great esture. we jsut stayed night and need to leave in morning. they were ok to extend lunch period by 15 min (8.15). we needed to rush to bus stop to catch our machupich bus. they were helpful to keep luggage for few hours. overall good expereince.
First of all, all hotels in the area should be considered "walking distance" from the train station. There is no Taxis, no Uber or ride share services. Town is small and everything close.
This hotel is clean and in close proximity to pretty much everything. We had no issues with check-in or leaving luggage there while we toured MP. We did overhear a guy behind us who wanted to 2-bed room (traveling with his mom?) but hotel had only a kind bed available for him. Hotel did work with him to get something, but he was clearly unhappy.
Only hiccup was hotel ran out of hot water. Apparently, almost all the smaller hotels in the area rely on water tanks. If they run out of water, you have to wait. May be 5 minutes or few hours.....
Overall, the room was nice, staff friendly and helpful. If there is ever another chance to visit MP, I would stay here again.
I have greeted by a staff as I arrive via train. Hotel was on little bit of uphill and about 2-3 minutes walk from the train station. The staffs were nice and polite, the hotel lobby and rooms were very clean. Beds seems to be new. The blanket was warm. Only problem was noise from soccer game from near by field. I was staying over Wednesday night and there were soccer game which was ended at midnight. Couldn’t sleep until after midnight. Other than that overall experience was excellent. I recommend this hotel!
