"The property was beautiful, convenient location to visit Machu Picchu. Our room was clean and beautiful, but the AC was not working, neither the TV. The food was very mediocre."

"We had a room overlooking the river which was very nice. The bathroom had a walk in shower with a rain fall nozzle. The staff were very attentive and quickly addressed any issues we encountered. "

"Dislike - Some mould in shower. Rooms may not have been attented to well as protests had caused lockdowns. Service by Carlos was great though - he let us leave bags there after checkout while we were at M Picchu."

"The view was amazing from our room. They charged me $40 dollars for a late check out. We had 2 rooms. They said that we needed to pay for both rooms. Because if we payed for one room. only 2 people would be able to go in the room. We booked with Expedia. It said free breakfast included. They also charged us for breakfast at the hotel. "
