Perfect for a quick stay

The staff were very helpful, the room was clean, spacious and had a great view of the river & the surrounding mountains. Ideal if you are spending the night for Machu Picchu

This is a fabulous hotel. It is close to everything. Rooms are spacious and clean, good bathrooms, and many rooms have great views. The staff are friendly and helpful. Manager Piero is a lovely man who will respond to your every need, often before even being asked.

We loved this hotel. It was right on the main street where they line up for the bus to Machu Picchu. We had a room on the 4th floor and it was not loud in the morning at all. We loved hearing the river run and that was a soothing sound to us. Piero at the front desk was a gentlemen and can help you out with any questions or issues that may arise, he was always the first person we asked for anything and he would get you the answer or solution

Location is very convenient to train & bus stations, resto, stores. Bus to Machu Picchu is a few steps away from the hotel. Hotel has a view of the river, the shopping stores, and the road where we see the long line to MP bus from our room. The room is spacious and very clean. It has very good breakfast too. Most importantly, Piero, from the front desk was very friendly, accommodating and helpful in referring best resto to eat and places to see. Also, Jose who helped and picked us from train station was very nice and respectful and greeted us every time we see each other. They made us feel at home. This hotel is highly recommendable.

The Good: location is very close to the bus stop for MP. The Bad: the room smelled like a dirty wet rag on a summer day. There is no AC to dry out the room. The water had to be run for five plus minutes to get want semblance of warm water. Breakfast - don’t bother. There are plenty good places nearby. The kicker was the roaches in the room we had to eradicate. Summary: if the proximity to the bus stop is of prime importance then this hotel can’t be beat. If a pleasant stay is important the. I’d suggest other places.

I loved the place, the people and the organization. The wifi was really bad, and the fact they don't accept mastercard was a bummer, luckily I had enough soles for the night on my pocket.

Very close to bus station to Machu Pichu. Our room was facing to the street, so it was noisy from early morning people who are waiting for buses. Free hot tea at the lobby made us very relaxing after hike.

バス停に近く便利。家族経営のようだが全員親切で対応も良い。部屋のコンセントがベッドの陰にありわかりずらかった。冬だったのでヒーターを全開にしても結構寒かった。列車の出発時間までロビーを使わせてくれたので、トイレで着換えをしたり荷物の整理をしたり時間を有効活用出来た。
