"We love this property, the room, views from the room, the location, free parking, the restaurants & bars on site & especially the amazing staff! From check in to check out & all between, we had an amazing time & received top notch service. The staff was warm, friendly & gave so many great suggestions for things to do, see & where to eat. The gentlemen that runs the “Beer House” went above & beyond, he was so fun to chat with. The lady overseeing resort activities was also amazing. She made the activities so much fun. The views from the room were absolutely stunning, & the room itself comfortable & clean. The daily breakfast was plentiful & tasty. I highly recommend this resort for your stay in beautiful Porto Moniz & we personally can not wait to return. I will always choose Aqua Natura for our stay too! I can’t find one negative thing to say about this place."
Savoy Palace - The Leading Hotels of the World - Savoy Signature
10/10 Excellent
"This was our second visit to the Savoy Palace and we weren’t disappointed. The room was spotless and the daily cleaning service was very good; in addition, the turn down service was equally good. We ate at 4 of the restaurants at the hotel, each of which had a different style and feel, but the food and staff were excellent in all of them. The highlight was the Galaxy restaurant on the 16th floor. It deserves a Michelin star. We will visit the Savoy Palace again."
"Très bel hôtel, bien situé loin du traffic. À 5km à pieds de Funchal même. La propreté A1, le buffet déjeuner inclus aussi. Rien à redire, le personnel était très serviable et gentil, nous réserverions de nouveau sans hésiter!"
"We had a nice stay at The Vine. It was overall clean and very modern in most regards. It was dark in the room even with all lighting on. The refrigerator was subpar, but all else was great. The location was GREAT!"
"My wife and I stayed at Dreams Madeira for 5 nights and had an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. We stayed in a Junior Suite, which was incredibly spacious, modern and very comfortable. The room had plenty of space to relax and unwind, and it really made our stay feel even more luxurious and enjoyable.
One of the highlights for us was the incredible infinity pool overlooking the sea. The views were absolutely stunning and created such a peaceful atmosphere. Sitting by the pool and looking out over the ocean felt like something from a postcard and quickly became one of our favourite places in the resort.
We also enjoyed the spa, which was a perfect place to switch off and relax. The whole experience felt calming and added another level of luxury to our trip. Everything was clean, well maintained and designed to help you completely unwind.
The cocktails were fantastic as well — plenty of choice and made perfectly every time. Whether relaxing by the pool or enjoying the evening atmosphere, having great drinks with beautiful surroundings made the experience even better.
The staff throughout the resort were incredibly friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. The food was excellent, with a good variety of options, and the whole hotel had such a relaxing atmosphere.
This trip gave us amazing memories and quality time together. We would highly recommend Dreams Madeira to couples and families looking for a beautiful and relaxing getaway."
"Great place for the price! The location was amazing, and the breakfast buffet was so good! Our room had a slight musty odor to it, but really nothing too bad and might have just been because of the proximity to the ocean. Would recommend overall!"
