The equipment in the gym needs refreshing and a deep clean (the gym is still better than most hotels, but I've stayed at many Fairmont Hotels and this one is not up to Fairmont standards). "

"Magnifique hôtel. Nous avons testé le service “ concierge”. Il a résolut nos problèmes de billets d avions en appelant plusieurs fois l Europe, sans frais pour nous. Nous avons demandé deux espresso en chambre, on nous à installé une machine Nespresso avec capsules à volonté. Le breakfast est TOP ! Le repas dans restaurant TOP ! Les employés ont le sourire. Le fitness est moderne avec Patrick le coach qui donne de super conseils. Service limousine pour l aéroport. Sauna, aman, piscine… literie top… rapport qualité/prix imbattable. Vous l avez compris, on vous le recommande fortement. "

Key card was deactivated several times as I had placed it by my phone. I had not had this happen in the past. But staff were quick to make it right. They are lovely. "
