Hotel muito bom à 15 minutos da praia. Poderia ter uma piscina pois tem bastante espaço na área de lazer. Só não gostei na hora fo pagamento que nao puder parcelar o valor dado pelo expedia, pois ate liguei pro hotel confirmando se poderia e disseram que sim. Tive que pagar bem a mais, mais como ja estava lá nao questionei !

A diária em tese mais barata me chamou a atenção, no entanto, se considerasse a ausência do café da manhã, e as distâncias a percorrer de carro e consequente consumo de combustível, teria sido melhor reservar um hotel mais próximo de meus destinos e com mais comodidades. No mais o quarto era limpo e as pessoas bastante bacanas.

Estivemos no Hotel pela segunda vez. Atendimento muito bom, os quartos são limpos e bem arrumados, tudo muito novo, e as camas Queen size. O café da manhã é regular,, mas atende bem para viajens a trabalho.

Chamem o Senac!

Recepção ruim, estada razoável e checkout ruim. Ou seja, habitação nova e limpa mas equipe mal treinada... Mais de 200 quartos em uma habitação que reflete a vocação da cidade para negócios. Localizado em uma área nova urbana, só não dá para dizer que está no meio do nada porque outras iniciativas seguiram para ali. Não é longe, mas quizer uma padaria ou uma farmácia por perto, esqueça. Mas o maior problema ali é, de longe, a equipe inexperiente e mal preparada. Alguns se esforçam em superar as limitações com sorrisos e pedidos de desculpas, mas ser recebido por um concierge que não sabe sorrir, na diz boa noite, e não informa com clareza as condições da sua reserva deixa a nota do hotel à beira do chão... Sem contar que o mensageiro ali é capaz de indicar-lhe o quarto mas é incapaz de ajuda-lo com as malas. Realmente, nota zero para o treinamento da equipe... Ao me retirar prometi não mais voltar ali. A cidade tem opções mais dignas e profissionais por custo semelhante.
