Quartos apertadíssimos, serviços super limitados, elevadores que demoram eternidade, atendimento, conservação e qualidade em geral muito abaixo até mesmo do padrão Íbis. O hotel e muito ruim decoraçao confusa muitos carpetes ja desgastados os quartos cheirando a mofo e acustica pessima .ainda tem o cafe pessimo quase sem item nenhum comida fria e velha e 25 reais a gerente do restaurante nada simpatica ainda diz com deboche que o cafe e um luxo do hotel. Decepcionante. Ja havia me hospedado oem outras ocasiões no ibis, mas dessa vez foi muito ruim. Trocamos 3 vezes de quarto, porque as roupas de cama estavam sujas e nao tinha camareira para trocar. Ficamos no 6 andar, o elevador deu defeito, tivemos que descer de escada e ficar na ultima troca de quarto no 1 andar. Travesseiro fino, horrível. Cafe da manhã sem muitas opções, bem simples. Talvez nao seja mais uma opcao de estadia.
