"SOME of the staff was very friendly and attentive. Had some internet issues and they moved quickly to resolve. Major issue with cleanliness, it the first room I was assigned, while unpacking my clothes and putting in closet, i found a plastic bag inside and upon checking there was a CONDOM in the bag.. This obviously left me doubts as the cleaning staff capabilities. There was also an alarm that tripped at least once a day, very annoying after a 36hr journey, where I wanted to rest for meetings the following day"

"My bathroom was disgusting. Black mold all around the bat tub and glass sliding door. I immediately asked for another room. My new room was better but my bed sheets were a shade of grey not white. Then my AC stopped working and my room safe did not work. I was moved to a 3rd room which was about the same. But my room safe did not work. I reported it and someone looked at it and said he would come back. He never did. In the morning there was no hot water. I checked out."
