Easy to find, right off highway. Non smoking room smelled of cigarette smoke. I notified the front desk of this to avoid a cleaning fee being assessed to my card they assured me that it will be documented and I won't be charged, hopefully they honor that. My entire group was awoken by extremely loud music at 1am from the next room over. It lasted about 10 minutes and then stopped, so I assume that it was handled by the hotel pretty quickly. The complex seems to be undergoing renovations and their definition of "lite breakfast" is coffee. The area around the hotel is nice with food and retail.

Ownership Has No Appreciation for Customers
The photos on Hotels.com were of a nice lobby with breakfast, seating areas, conference rooms, business office with a computer and printer, etc. After choosing to pay at the hotel, the hotel tried to charge my card before I got there, and because it was locked and declined, I was told that my reservation was automatically cancelled, although I did not get a notice from Hotels.com. They gave me another reservation and I checked in. They had a washer and dryer but it was in a closet outside with no room to wait on the clothes. I went into the lobby to wait on my clothes but was told I could not wait in the lobby. I was told that it was only for check in and check out and they had outdoor benches that I could use. It was below 50 degrees outside. I turned to look at the areas in the lobby and the clerk told me that she told me I could not be in there and asked me to leave. Another man came out to tell me the same thing. I told them that I have a 7 day stay there and was a customer. They told me to please leave the lobby. They put me out! In the room, I wanted to connect my computer to the TV, but the HDMI input on the tv had been tampered with. I called down and was told that it was not possible for me to use that output. When leaving, I went to the lobby to wait on my Uber and was told that I could not wait in the lobby, but I could wait in the vestibule. Someone else wanted to wait inside but she locked the door and would not let them in. BAD BUSINESS!

The room was great but the service is horrible. Then trying to explain the policy is horrible. This is the only place I have had to pay a deposit(pending but charged my account). Just be ready to deal with a deposit just to stay. Stupid!

The staff that checked us in were NOT nice or friendly. I woke up 4 times to make sure our car was not broken into. The outside of this Motel was very run down. The room was okay but I would not stay here again.

Room was clean. First (non-smoking) room assigned reeked of smoke….moved to another room. No AC or telephone until maintenance came. No coffee.

This was the worst hotel. There was urine accumulated around the toilets (I booked 2 rooms), there were mice playing in the halls, no extra face towels, no extra blankets, when we turned on the air, dust blew out, my 2 year old was locked in the room and they wouldnt even give my 18 year old son an extra card to open the door because ge didnt have his ID, BECAUSE IT WAS LOCKED IN THE ROOM. we made the trip to see my dad who is in hospice at the VA Hospital to say our goodbyes and they didnt even offer a bereavement discount. I was so upset

I’m not quite sure how there were any positive reviews for this property. To start, there was an awful (loud) smell in and around the facility. The manager on duty was completely rude and very unhelpful, He then tried to charge me more than what I was quoted, and got upset and loud with me when expressed my displeasure. Someone of his personality should never deal with patrons because he is terrible at it. I will never stay at not only this Super 8 again, but I will never stay at any Super 8 again. I wish there was an option for zero stars because I would certainly give them that. My wife and I were super tired and really just needed a place to lay our heads just for a few hours, and we somehow landed here. That’s what I get for being cheap. I would look elsewhere if you value your safety, health, and, most importantly, your sanity.

Rude front desk man. No time for customer service
I called the hotel twice and was hung up on twice by an Indian or Pakistani man with a smart mouth and had no time to give information. He said read online. He said he didn't care if I stayed or not. I never went as my friend developed Covid-19. I didn't know till it was too late to cancel. I had read the other reviews and believe you do Hotels a disservice by associating yourself with such rude people. My question was about the $100.00 room deposit. I'm seventy years old and have never been asked to pay a cash deposit or told it will take a month to get a refund on my charge card. You only get one chance to make a first impression and he spoke for Hotels, Wyndham, and Super 8 loud and clear. All other good Indian and Pakistani innkeepers should beat the hell out of a guy like I spoke with as he ruins their reputation. All I wanted was some information and a place to spend the night.

Killed three cockroaches and this is the second Super 8 that I have stayed at that was in poor condition.

Nice clean rooms on a nice property the bed was very comfortable!
