"There was mold along the caulk in the shower. There were no trash bags in any of the bins when we checked in nor when room service came to tidy up the room while we were gone. "The airport shuttle was not available due to not having a driver. It was a little stressful but they were able to get another shuttle show up within 20 minutes. There was a group of people on my floor who opened and slammed their door no less than a dozen times at about 3 am. Very rude and unnecessary."

"The air conditioner in our room would not maintain temperature. The room would get cold and then get hot all night long making it difficult to stay asleep. The staff was wonderful and the room was clean. Aside from the AC issue it was a great stay."
