"The hotel was in a beautifully tidy and quiet location, perfect for a good night sleep. The bar and restaurant were lovely however plans meant we didnt get the chance to try the food. Next time for sure as we come over every year and were so pleased to find such a great hotel!"
"Everything was great, from the manor, to the rooms, the spa facilities and the restaurant. The rooms where very spacious and clean. The spa and pool facilities are very comfortable and well maintained. We also enjoyed the breakfast a lot. We will come definitely come back!"

Superb hotel and treatments but poor service upfront in the email on line booking - fortunately on arrival by having to escalate everything we got our special meal and spa -but don't know why the "total guest service" agents failed before then by neither responding nor booking what we asked for"
