"Hi, Cong is a lovely village to visit. All the staff I met at Ryan’s hotel were helpful and friendly. Plenty of parking behind the hotel. I really liked how in my room they had managed to keep some of the original stonework in the bathroom and bedroom. The bed was comfortable and I had a good sleep."

I had a seafood chowder which was pretty good and the fish tasted fresh. the main was a steak that looked pale and was not cooked with lots of fat and gristle, the vegetables were overcooked. "The property was stunningly attractive. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. To get to town was a twenty minute walk where all the eateries and shops and bars were. I ended up getting a taxi back on three occasions as it was mostly uphill on the return. Then again I am over seventy years old."
