"The Arte Hotel was a really pleasant surprise. Well appointed with nice modern artworks on the walls. The staff spoke good English & were so happy & helpful. We asked for a restaurant recommendation within walking distance & were directed to a great Korean BBQ restaurant about 10mins walk away. The room was spacious & spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds & sitting space.We were especially grateful for the valet parking & prompt retrieval of our car. I would stay here again & although the area is a little colourful the Arte Hotel is a cut above. Will recommend to other travellers. "

"We stayed for 17 days, and everything was very satisfactory. Staffs were very friendly especially those working at the dining room. Breakfast was plenty choices enough for we don’t need fancy choices. We stayed in a room with sauna and we enjoyed after long days out. "

"The staff went above and beyond help me from getting my taxis, explaining the subway system, having creamer brought to my room for my coffee, taking a photo of me, printing my boarding passes, writing my name in Korean, to cutting the tags of my clothes. The breakfast was amazing, too. "
