"Staff was great; friendly and quick check-in. Room was clean and smelled fresh. Pool and hot tub were clean, although pretty small. Beds were really comfortable and the room was so quiet. I appreciated that since I was in the area for medical appointments and I had to recover with napping during daytime. Breakfast was delicious...loved the frittatas! "The breakfast was fresh and was kept clean. The staff were very nice. The room was clean, but the walls seemed to be very thin. I could hear kids running upstairs and through the halls. I could hear the people in the next room over talking. There was minimal parking, so I had to park in front of the building over."

"Internet was okay, once you figured how how to get into it. The breakfast was meager to say the least. This place is under new management and they are remodeling so it surprised me to see that they were actually open. The shower had an unexpected apparatus which this local girl didn't recognize at all. Water pressure was low and king bed was SUPER firm which was a challenge. I think if one went back there in about 6 mos you'd be pleasantly surprised. As for now, 4/26 give them time to...

"The bed is basically a cot. it rocks back and forth and clangs on a flimsy piece of sheet metal that is meant to cover the fact that the frame is a cot with springs. pay the extra 10 dollars to go across the street"

"I wanted to recognize the young woman who staffed the desk for the afternoon shift. It was busy, there were a number of small things (no fault of hers!) that went awry, and she handled it all with grace and courtesy. She told me later it wasn't her usual shift. I'm sorry I didn't get her name but she deserves recognition for her calmness under pressure and her creative problem-solving. "

"Wasn’t told when and where to find breakfast and not happy that no bathtub bathroom in rooms and shower wasn’t easy to use because you had to stand there and get blasted with cold water until you got right temperature of water!! I was not happy about this!!"

"Room lacked pillows, pillowcases, and towels. I had to make multiple trips back to the office just to ask for these things including my parking pass. I felt like I lost a huge chunk of my stay trying to get these essentials for the room instead of actually resting and enjoying my stay."
