We were approached by a male individual who we could not identify as either a guest or a member of management. He berated us for how we had parked, speaking in a rude and intimidating manner. Had there been an issue with our parking, a polite explanation would have been appreciated. Instead, the interaction left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. As...

The bathroom in our room had numerous odors emitting from it at different times of the day - something skunky, something sewer-like and just plain mildew. The floor was worn and waterlogged. The shower curtain didn’t reach the entire length of the tub so it was easy to splash water onto the floor while showering. "If your on holiday in Glasgow. Or celebrating an anniversary with the wife. Or lord&lady Muck on the way to ones horse racing at Hamilton. This place will just not suffice. However if you're a contractor just looking for a bed for the night and want a pint in the pub with a curry across the road or your with someone else's wife , a hot shower this place scores 10/10. . No music there on a Thursday. Good luck every one"

"Parking was an expensive nightmare as it was ticketed on adjoining council property. The hotel should reserve space for guests. Also, some meters state they accept cards, but do not work. Very disappointing part of an otherwise pleasant stay. Also, tissues should have been supplied in the room,"

That may be expedia’s fault in picking up on the wrong info about the property. The breakfast is only instant coffee , some fruits and super basic pastry. "Very comfortable bed, clean room, and good shower. No A/C which wasn't ideal on hottest week of year, but thankfully we got sun on morning so room wasn't unbearable come evening. The stand out at this hotel is the staff. Really friendly and very helpful."
