"I can’t talk enough of the spa and swimming pool access option of the hotel! You will not regret it! It’s just a great way to end our wonderful time at Lyon with some self-care in their amazing spa facility. It’s also super nicely managed and clean. Especially in love with their Grotto pool. Breakfast is also nice and just what we needed. Love the laundry room that allowed us to do some laundry for a family trip. "Room not cleaned by 4PM. Lacking toiletries: body lotion and conditioner. No English TV channels. Service in the bar was non existent The bed was nice. "

"Good hotel with large family rooms. Very nice foyer and breakfast area. Also very close to train station, metro and trams plus about 30 min walk to old town along the river. Playground opposite hotel and shops close by also. "
