"We stayed here on our way to Vancouver BC. The hotel was close enough to spend a day in Seattle and return for the night. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. They even texted during our stay to see if we needed anything. The room was large enough for 3 adults to comfortably stay. Bed was comfy and room was spotless. 5 stars does not do it just. "The good: Room was clean and staff were wonderful. There is a large overflow parking lot with plenty of room to park. A back door opens right onto Interurban Trail. There is a cafe in the lobby with a limited selection of Starbucks drinks, sandwiches and your typical egg and bacon breakfast fare. "At check-in, I was notified that rooms are only cleaned every other day. Two days into my stay, there were ants crawling all over the floor. I notified the front desk who did offer to let me move rooms. Given how late the night was, I let them know I had killed the ants, but requested that the room be deep cleaned. "The service was terrible at both Fireside and Barking Frog. We had to get our own drinks Sunday evening and breakfast the next day was a ridiculous wait for food. They said they were training. Not an excuse. The tv in room kept pixelating and the tv in the mirror didn’t work. Rooms needed updating. I’ve been a guest a few times and honestly I was embarrassed I picked this placed. Wont be coming back."

"Stay away! We had a horrible experience staying at this hotel. The room, especially the bathroom filthy and there were some very “sketchy” people roaming around the property making it feel very unsafe. I’m not sure if they were staying in the property, but we’re in and out multiple times throughout the day and night just kind of wandering in the parking lot. In addition, we arrived an hour early (after traveling all day) and were told it would be $30 to check in an hour early. All around it...
