"The hotel was very nice. Unfortunately they are associated with Expedia and Expedia will cost them business and credibility. Expedia will never see a dime of our business in the future. It is our understanding that we were not the first victims of Expedia's heartless ways. I am 74 and do fairly extensive traveling, this is my first encounter with such money grubbers. Once she saw the problem, she changed our room to be closer to the router, and changed a setting on my husband's computer to help him connect.
