The Suites Hotel at Waterfront Plaza

"The property was clean noticed a broken tile in the bathroom of room 403. Staff was amazingly helpful and kind! Breakfast was great too. Everything we needed was available and there. I love the location. One thing could be fixed is there are no shades or way to block the night lighting in the bedrooms. One room had a panel missing. It would be helpful to have curtains that closed or a shade that blocked the bright lights at night."

"The property is old but everything worked. We took our grandkids there to go swimming and the pool and hot tub were in great shape. The location is also nice with a lot of walking trails. The room was old but it was pretty clean."

"We had a great stay at Quality Inn after enjoying a day at Gooseberry State Park and Leif Erikson Rose Garden. Alonzo at check in was very personable and check in was easy and quick. Our room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the hot tub and the pool in the evening. Breakfast was above average for hotel breakfasts. We would definitely stay there again when visiting Duluth."

"The staff member who checked me in was great! Super nice, easy to talk to, friendly. I did not get a name, sorry. The room was clean. Odd use of space in entry makes the room feel less homey. I got the suite specifically for the tub which we really enjoyed."
