"Staff very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfy and I had a lovely night's sleep.The breakfast was a good although it wasn't obvious anywhere what we would be getting until being seated. Great location and we would definitely consider going back."

"A nice, quiet hotel and I enjoyed my stay. Having to pay for overnight parking was a pain, although it was made clear that I'd have to do so beforehand. But it's the only hotel I've ever stopped in where I've also had to pay to park my car."

Breakfast your standard English Breakfast buffet, limited options but good quality Only Parking a public parking, about 2-3 min walk away. You get a discount if you enter your registration at reception. "

"Quadruple bunk beds. Large open floor space in room. Fun, modern, spacious and clean. Great as a pit stop for young families on the way to or back from Cornwall."

"We booked a room as part of a wedding party .wedding was at 2pm. Check in is 4pm which is quite late ,we had to be in the orangery for 4pm so staff managed to check us in 3.40pm .Room was perfect, slept well,breakfast amazing. Food at the wedding of Becky and Mark was incredible. Our first visit here and we will definitely return and use the pool/spa as we didn't get chance to on this occasion. Check out at 11am is good, no rushing around. Thankyou for a lovely stay "

"Great location (right on water, centre of town, opposite harbourside), good breakfast/dinner/bar on-site. Building & common parts slightly tired - but more than made up for by overall package. Probably my favourite hotel in Bristol having stayed in most!"
