"My Stay at Akra Hotel Antalya I stayed at Akra Hotel Antalya for a period of rest and relaxation. Although the hotel had recently opened, it was swiftly completing any minor deficiencies with remarkable efficiency. The entire property is lush and seamlessly integrated with nature — even inside the lounge, you feel as though you are sitting in a beautiful garden, surrounded by vibrant, diverse, and meticulously cared-for plants. The staff are exceptionally motivated, genuinely warm, and sincerely attentive. They repeatedly check in to ensure your wishes and needs are fully met. Guest relations are particularly sensitive and proactive, consistently following up to ensure a flawless stay. I would especially like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the chefs in the main restaurant, who engage with guests warmly and sincerely. In particular, my gratitude goes to Mr. Nuh and all the chefs individually for their outstanding hospitality. I also want to offer special thanks to Mr. Murat at the reception for his attentive support. Furthermore, Mr. Uğur from the Food & Beverage department is truly an international leader in hospitality. Akra Hotel is fortunate to have such a distinguished and refined professional on their team. He is extremely courteous, supportive, and ready to assist with any matter concerning the stay. Overall, Akra Hotel undoubtedly stands out as the best hotel in the Antalya region, offering the finest cuisine and the highest quality service — without question"

"Brilliant customer service from Ali from Guest Relations. He helped achieve our ideal honeymoon with lots of special treatment. The room decorations were amazing, we were surprised with flowers upon entry and had a beautiful sea view. If we had any questions, Ali was always available to help. "The staff were awesome, the cleaning was on on point with a great variety of food options. The only area that needs a bit of improvement is that of activities for guests. During our stay it was relatively quiet as it was off season but the only activity for adults was darts. Management should look at getting more activities organised to help make guests stay in bit more interactive even during off peak periods "
