"The room was tidy and clean, we were welcomed by the staff who made sure we had our keys left for us with security, after the reception closed, which was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and helpful. We didn’t make the use of the kitchen in the end, but it had all the usual amenities. Generally a pleasant stay, the room we booked had a foldable sofa bed, which was firm, but not at all uncomfortable. "I stayed in the studio apartment on the ground floor, which was clean & modern. Close to supermarket and takeaways. Parking for a couple of cars outside, but was able to find parking on the street within 100m or so if these spaces were taken. Had a problem with the shower which was rectified quickly once I informed the host. Close to a main road but noise was minimal once windows were closed. Stayed over holiday season, so all apartment prices in the area were high."

"Stayed 5 nights in a 2 bed apartment and had a great time. The buffet breakfast was amazing - also very busy! But could always find a table and the lovely staff kept replenishing the food. We also loved the swimming pool area. Hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The bar man even lent us cash when we didn't have enough to pay for a taxi. The room was great for us (a family of 4) - spacious and well equipped. You can request extra cleaning and we did which was very helpful."
