"I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a comfortable bed that made for a great night's sleep. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions.
The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the local area and access public transport. Breakfast offered a limited selection. One feature I particularly appreciated was the unlimited free hot drinks and water available throughout the day, which was a really thoughtful touch and added extra value to the stay.
Overall, the hotel provided excellent value for money, and I would happily stay here again. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area."
"The only problem that I have was the cleaning of the room. First of all, the receptionists were wonderful, but cleaning stuff didn’t do the basic of their work, at least, not in my room. The bed was hardly made, the towels were the same way I left them when I left my rm, some of them on the floor. The shower was not clean, still, hair all over. The dirty coffee cup and glasses were left on the table. On that particular day, they didn’t supply either coffee spoons; even thought, there were none left. I complained to the gentleman at the reception area, he trued to help but none came to clean the room. He was really nice, he brought a coffee spoons, a cup, an apple and an orange, his gesture was nice, but I wanted my rm to be clean."
"Excellent hotel, great customer service. Good transportation from this hotel to city center. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. We really enjoyed our time there."
"The bus stop into town being nearby was useful. The air conditioning was a blessing, the room was very comfortable and well equipped. I was disappointed with the opening times of both the restaurant and the pool - I wasn't able to use either in my free time at the hotel because the pool only opened at 5pm on the Friday, which seems odd.
I used the little market inside the hotel, which was a great idea, though I didn't appreciate being watched like a hawk by one of the staff who came over specifically to keep an eye on me. If you're going to provide a non-attended checkout then you need to have some level of trust there, otherwise you might as well just station a member of staff there all the time."
"This is the ultimate budget hotel when visiting Luxembourg. The staff couldn’t be nicer, explaining how to access the free tram to take us into town (a short walk away), the parking is free, and the bed is comfortable. What more can you ask for?"
"Sparkling clean, aesthetically appealing, beautifully articulated hotel. Champagne and lemon water always available in the comfortable lobby. Room was spacious and the fragrant scent is noticed throughout the property. Across the street from the gare and also walkable to the town centre (although trams and buses are clean, free, modern and run frequently) LOVED everything about this hotel."
"Close to the central train station, staff were very friendly and always attentive. Rooms were nice with a comfy bed. Shower was a little bit under pressure but did the job"
