"Couldn’t fault the breakfast and evening meals. We booked standard rooms and were surprised to discover they were 50m away from the hotel, the rooms were small and dated with old looking carpets. "A beautiful location in the hills down by the river. The room was very nice, and the bed was comfortable. The room was spacious with clean and well-equipped bathroom facilities. We did not use the spa facilities, so unable to comment on them. The staff were helpful and courteous. "All very excellent on my second vixit here! On my first night, looked at the dinner menu, first thought, a bit expensive. Nontheless ordered a two course meal. What a tremendous but wholly oversize meal! I was bloated! "
