"There were a couple of problems the first day (arrival), but they were sorted out by the time I came back on the second day. The staff were very helpful, the room was perfectly clean, and the breakfast buffet (included in the room rate) was extensive and high quality."

"We had an overall positive experience, the room was comfortable, it provided complimentary water bottles and comfy pillows. The private restroom could improve by giving a detailed cleaning to the shower tiles. A plus is that the room included breakfast -buffet style- which was really good with several options and great bread/pastries. Its location was perfect for us, close to the center and to public transportation."
