"Very good location in the historic part of Badajoz. Easy walking distance of the citadel and the river. This hotel exceeded all expectations. "I would not recommend this hotel despite its beautiful bar. The hotel itself is however clean and modern but there are a few things that made the stay underwhelming. The biggest was that the advertised pool was closed, in mid July while the high temperate routinely touches 40 plus degrees (100F). The explanation was confusing and convoluted.
