This is a lovely place to stay 5 minutes from the airport with a free shuttle. The room was spacious and clean with all amenities - water pressure was great. We did not have a chance to use the pool but it looked beautiful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great place for a layover.

Booked for its convenience to the airport, just 4 mins walk from the main terminal. There is a free shuttle bus. Clean, modern hotel. Has nice outdoor pool and small gym.

What a wonderful stay we had. All the staff was nice and friendly and one of the most cleanest hotels we stayed at while in Zambia. We hope to visit again soon.

Perfect hotel after a long flight to Lusaka airport. We walked across to hotel from airport and were able to check into the room right away. Bed was comfy and room had sufficient amenities. Bar staff were really friendly and food was delicious. Only down sound we had an early departure and staff said breakfast could be delivered to room but it arrived late so we were unable to eat before departing. Ideal for a recovery stop when flying in and out of Zambia.

Wow what an experience. After 16 hours in the air I was welcomed by the amazing staff. The room service was on point ( I ordered food at 3 in the morning and the kitchen did not disappoint!) Everything was clean and we'll organized. The staff was always professional, organized, funny and just amazing at anything I asked for. I'll never stay at any other hotel when I visit Lusaka again. This place felt like family ❤️ I will definitely recommend to everyone I know. Keep up the fantastic standards.

Property is very close to Lusaka airport (walkable) so convenient for flights. We arrived late afternoon and enjoyed lunch and drinks at the bar however ordered a simple cup of tea and dessert to the room in the evening which after an hour didn’t arrive. Went to check and they hadn’t made it yet, hotel seemed busier than our last stay and sadly demands couldn’t be met. However staff are all very friendly and bed very comfy so still a good option for a rest before or after a long haul flight.

Fresh and friendly

The stay here was very good. Newly opened, everything is very fresh and in reasonably good order. The staff is very friendly and serviceminded. This is the kind of hotel that I am happy to stay in and it is right next to the terminal building. No problems to walk the 250m to the hotel from arrivals, but since we arrived at night, the hotel arranged a shuttle.

An extremely (!) friendly check-in let me feel at home from the first moment. The room was nicely furbished and the bed/matress very comfortable. Two points for improvement: - no ashtrays in the public spaces - in an explicit airport hotel I'd expect something like small amenity kit containing a comb/hair brush etc. Anyway, I'm looking forward to my next stay here.

Great stays, but tricky getting there

The hotel itself is great. Nice rooms, very comfy beds, quiet considering it is right by the airport. It is quite new so in great condition. My only complaint was getting there after landing. It was described as being in the airport but that is not the case. It is across the road and there is no walkway you can take from the aiport to get there. So I got to the edge of the aiport parking with my cart and realized I could get no further. After taking a taxi there (have 100 kwacha ready, which I didn't and was fleeced paying USD), I found out there is a shuttle but I hadn't looked into that since the hotel was supposedly in the airport. So I was able to get the shuttle back to the aiport after my two stays. But I ordered it for when I returned to Lusaka a week later and it never showed up for me so I was in the predicament of getting there again. It did seem like a walkway was maybe being built. If so it will make things so much easier.

Convenient proximity to airport building

Welcoming staff and brand new fittings etc. Room was soundproof and airconditioning worked well and quiet despite the electricity propblems facing Zambia. There are some teething proplems with especially the toilet and the interconnecting room is not soundproof at all. Could clearly hear my neighbour.

Nice property ruined by an obvious lack of management. Just to list a few ins. One night stay: we had called ahead for the hotel shuttle, which was confirmed. Never showed up, had to take a cab. We were woken up at 5:15 am for a shuttle request we never did. Had dinner in the restaurant: service was entirely absent at first , then took just short of an hour to get a salad. Breakfast: no more coffee, then went to make a fresh pot, it never happened (we got coffee from the bar). We were offered hot breakfast after we had finished , etc. Top management has obviously given up. What a shame
