"We didn’t eat there , but enjoyed coffee and the famous, delicious cookies they gave us! Our room appeared clean however- the lights were so dim , we couldn’t see ! There were 2 bedside lamps, ( very dim) and one dim light in the foyer. Bathroom was a little better , but the lighted makeup mirror was dim and apparently installed by a short person as I had to stoop to use it. We did have a sliding glass door , but the only thing we could see was a hallway , so no light there either. "

"Checked in and discovered toilet didnt work. Evan at the front desk checked it out and quickly moved us to another room. Great customer service! "

"The condition of the room was unacceptable. Room entry door was deteriorated / damaged and needed to be replaced. Trash in room visible when I entered. Trash bags were being reused, not replaced. Bathroom reeked of urine smells. I suspect they are not using fresh water for each room. I had to spray air freshener in the bathroom and close the door to prevent odors from coming into the sleeping area. Bathroom door had damage; walls near toilet were dirty. I wiped them with my own sanitary wipes. Trash can bag was reused; not replaced. I asked about a bedbug policy; the manager did not show me a document; just explained that housekeeping would check. Overall room furniture was old."
