"Had a wonderful stay at this hotel - the welcome from the team was personal and lovely, especially as I was travelling solo. I stayed in an Old Quarter Suite and it was perfect. Being in the heart of the Old Quarter the rooms are bijoux but still lovely and my room was at the back so overlooked other buildings but this made it quiet at night. The pool area is tiny but fine for a quick cool off on a hot day. Breakfast is great. The massage at the spa one of the best I’ve ever had. All in all great value, good location and lovely team."

"Highly recommend if you’re looking for a luxury hotel in the Old Quarter area. In preparation of my stay, a hotel staff reached out with food recommendations in the area. You can also ask them any questions you might have. The breakfast is amazing with a variety of options, from Western (pastries, pancakes/waffles, eggs, sausage/bacon) to Vietnamese food (pho and bahn mi) from 6:30-10am. If you have full day excursions planned that start early in the morning, you can still dine in for breakfast. Even if you opt out of room cleaning, they’ll check in to see if you need any items replenished. If you have time, book a full body massage at their in-house spa. Better than any spa you’ll find in the area! "

"Very nice hotel with exceptional staff. Book here if you want a nice view of the city. Only problem with this hotel was the humidity in the rooms. Rooms feel muggy and could use a humidifier to clean the air. Outside of the air quality, my room and view was amazing and clean. I would stay here again if air quality/moister is fixed. "
