We did have some issues with our late check in, we were given the wrong codes for the lockbox and had to contact their after hours staff, but it was resolved very quickly and professionally and we otherwise loved the location and our stay."

"The best is when we arrived to our cabin the smell is soo good it smells so clean and fresh! They have everything from the kitchen cutleries to washroom stuff. If you come you dont need to bring anything even dish soap and sponge they have it for you. Its a nice place, our daughter can play volleyball and badminton with us in front of our cabin with their wide lawn she can run around too . Its perfect spot because its in front of the ocean and you can have slow walks every afternoon. Our stay is memorable we had a relaxing stay, we visited noce places around campbell river and definitely we will go back next time."

"This was once a really grand hotel for sure. I think it’s probably around 100 years old and it still has a lot of original appeal. It’s a really cool very retro place to stay, I quite enjoyed my night there. Just be sure to eat before 9:00pm because nothing in town is open after that"
