Spacious Clean Fully Furnished Hot shower (main Bathroom only) Water Filter Fridge Flat Screen TV with spacious living room Sleeps 6 adults comfortably with full aircond rooms (3 rooms total) Ease of transaction and receiving of keys Quiet neighbourhood. Easy access to Lumut. 2 cars parking Secure with keys for gates, grilles, each individual door, and safety deposit box in main bedroom Value for money Cons: Slight problem with wifi connectivity
