"The staff was great! Yet this hotel looks great from the outside, but definitely needs TLC on the inside. On a positive note the shower pressure was amazing!"

"Young Lady on Friday night 5/15/26 late was very helpful and friendly. We were originally going to stay in room 165 but key would not work on door. So went back to say keys do not work on door the clerk reconfigured keys and we went back to the door and it still would not work. So we had to go back again and this time she came back with the master and that DID NOT WORK!! So now 15 minutes passes tired irritated she goes all the way back to office to get us another set of keys to another room unfortunately up stairs. But things happen sometimes and she even offered to help with baggage. I just wanted to let someone aware of her kindness and that employees like her are hard to find and she is a GREAT ONE !!! " The door to my room sticked all the time when you open it. There wasn't no microwave in my room. I left a list of things that was wrong with the room, I hope they got and trying to fix them? "

"I booked through Expedia and paid in full. When checking in I was informed I could not stay because I was a local. The employee then stated I could stay but would be charged $250 for incidentals that would go back to my card on check-out. Thankfully I had a credit card but if I didn’t, I would have been highly upset! There was absolutely NOTHING during booking that stated this. The room was okay, cleanliness could have been better. I did find hairs throughout the room and some small stains on the bed which led me to believe linens were not changed after the previous guest. Breakfast was great and cleaning crew were nice. Hotel was easily accessible and parking was convenient."
