Super value & incredible breakfast
Only complaint was that you have to go to hotel next door to actually check-in. Other than that, place was great for the price. And the breakfast is phenomenal!

The hotel is 5 min walk from train station and bus station, downtown, very nice location. Room is very quiet and clean The breakfast is also very nice. With this price this is a very good deal. I will come back again.

Nice and clean
Stuff was helfull. Hotel was clean, the kitchen is fine but a bit small and for some reason guests don't clean after using it. Breakfast was great.

Caroline checked me in with a cheerful smile. Comfortable bed and hotel as whole is kept clean. Have a kitchen to cook. Breakfast excellent too at their sister Hotell Amber that is only a 30 second walk. Upon check out met Madelene again at the reception and in the breakfast restaurant. She always has a smile with willingness to help. 5 minutes walk to station, bus station and to centrum

Easy access to property with late arrival - prechecked in and room card was ready. Clean and warm. Excellent relaxed breakfast provided at the sister hotel 30 seconds away.

I stayed at this hotel on a trip I made alone with 3 children. I would highly recommend the hotel for families. The staff is super friendly and provide excellent service. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

Hotels.com should have them on their list. They denied breakfast to me and on your site it says breakfast provided. After I showed them on the site. They allowed me breakfast but by then I only had 10-15 for breakfast. This made to loose trust in Hotels.com as well.

Great location & staff! Despite having limited front desk personnel, they responded quickly by telephone when I locked myself out. Excellent kitchen & lounge space, also breakfast with pleasant staff.

Excellent place to stay and an amazing buffet breakfast. All the extra little touches that make life more comfortable like a kettle in your room and use of kitchen facilities. Thanks we had a wonderful stay

A peaceful stay in Lulea for transit to Abisko
Good location - 3 min walk to the train and bus station, 5 min walk to the main street where there are shops, restaurants, supermarkets New and clean rooms

The Naran is a basic hotel. Nothing fancy. Comfortable and adequate. Might not be ideal for business travel since the WiFi service has dead spots in the building.

Basic hotel in a good location. Very helpful reception staff. Only discomfort was the toilet. There was no heater in the toilet. Very cold when using the toilet.

Great location, good rooms not so friendly staff
Great Location. Good rooms. Good air quality inside room. Slept very well. No telephone in the rooms and you have to come to reception every time if you want to ask anything. And normally there is noone in the reception. You have to call them. Staffs not so friendly.

The hotel was very conveniently located and easy to walk to from the train station, as well as being close to shopping and restaurants. The staff was excellent and very helpful. My room was comfortable, although I could not control the temperature. The price was great.

Good stay
This was a basic hotel in a smaller town. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I can definitely recommend this hotel to future travelers!

It is nice and quiet hotel near to the downtown.
It is nice and quiet hotel near to the downtown and central bus station at Lulea. My experience: Pros: - Rooms are clean and comfortable. - The staff (very few) are friendly. - Hotel owner is helpful. Cons: - Should make sure that someone is available in reception upon your arrival. - very few Staff members. - Staff can hardly speak English (except the owner). - No land line phone at room. - Very limited options in breakfast.

Nice for a quick night
Arrived late and checked out early, so limited time to evaluate. Arriving at 21:40, we had to wait a while for somebody to answer the door. But check-in was quick and easy, room/bathroom were comfortable and clean, Internet relatively fast. No complaints during our time at Naran.

Friendly and warm little hotel
We stayed only one night in this mini hotel and were very satisfied with this hotel, breakfast was simply but great. there were no one at the reception when we arrive (not sure if it's off hour) but someone show up quickly enough we didn't waited long.

Inte värt pengarna
Vi fick inte de rum de lovade oss, det var väldigt litet och riktigt deprimerande. Det var smutsiga golv, smutsiga glas, kvavt och säkert 30 grader i rummet och vi hörde en hund ett rum bredvid som skällde hela natten. När vi ringde till receptionen hade de inga andra lediga rum och det kunde inte göra någonting.... Ganska besviken. Borde fått en slant tillbaks men icke.

Mycket trevlig personal och utmärkt frukost! Rummet var ok, men kändes lite ostädat med tvålrester på badrumsväggen, lukt i duschbrunnen och glas- och vätskefläckar på borden.
