"This is an old building, unkempt without any fencing around the building at the end of a gravel road. You enter the property from the rear side which is having peeling paint. No reception as such. It is a small cashier counter for a small canteen on the ground floor. Along the front facade is old moss covered concrete slabs covering a drain. They need to submit current pictures of the property"
