Laut Internet sollte das Restaurant "Schnecke" saisonale und regionalte Speisen anbieten. Leider ist das Restaurant schon seit 1.7.2025 geschlossen. Wegen des Restaurants hatte ich gebucht. Es sollte doch möglich sein, innerhalb von fast 2 Monaten (ohne Vorlaufzeit - man schließt das Restaurant nicht von einem Tag auf den anderen)den Internetauftritt zu berichtigen. Auch die Hotellobby war ab 21 Uhr geschlossen - man konnte nicht noch an der Bar was bestellen

Very good hotel in Luneburg

Clean and nice hotel in the outskirts of Luneburg. Very nice staff in the reception and in the breakfast restaurant in the morning. The beds were comfortable and the room very clean. The breakfast staff baked the best gluten free bread I have had for me for breakfast! Highly recommended.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am wunderschönen Park! In 30 Minuten ist man in der Innenstadt von Lüneburg (das ist dann ein sehr gemütlicher Spaziergang) ! Lüneburg ist auch mehrfach eine Reise wert! Die MitarbeiterInnen des Hotels sind sehr freundlich! Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls gut! Hier kann man auch gern wiederkommen.

Ein ansprechendes hotel mit sehr betten Angestellten. Gratus Parkplätze direkt vir dem Hotel oder direkt gegenüber. Frühstück ansprechend angerichtet und Extrawünsche wurden zügig erfüllt. Über eine Brücke hatte man direkten Zugang zum sehr schön angelegten Kurpark. 👍👍

Værelserne var gode, morgenmad fin, men restauranten var skuffende. Maden levede ikke op til det der stod på menukortet. Hotellet lå ca. 20 min. gang fra centrum.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit einer überaus angenehmen Atmosphäre etwas außerhalb der City. Die Innenstadt ist fußläufig zu erreichen; man läuft aber ca. 35 Minuten. Wir konnten unseren PKW schon vor dem Einchecken kostenlos am Hotel parken - das empfanden wir als sehr schön. Das Personal ist in allen Bereichen sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und absolut sauber. Das Frühstück ist vom Angebot auch gut und sehr schön dargeboten. Wir können dieses Hotel bestens weiterempfehlen.
