"This place was absolutely awful. We booked this hotel because our previous booking was cancelled and the hosts lied to us about why, which Expedia confirmed. This place looked so nice from photos but we experienced poor communication, bad customer service, and hazards in the room. My mother and I flew all the way from Vancouver, Canada to Luneburg so I could start a full sleeve tattoo. First of all, not only did they not email us as listed 24hours prior to check-in, but the actual address wasn't even properly listed. Instead of a 10 minute walk from the train station, we spent 2hours wandering in circles begging locals to help, with our luggage and being sleep-deprived and jetlagged with no wifi. Finally a Palestinian business owner helped us that works next to the place and a local woman that was able to find the actual address listed on google maps. Then that night when sleeping and I got up to go to the washroom, I stepped right onto a pushpin with a country flag on it that went all the way into my foot. My foot was bleeding and sore for the rest of the entire next day and I didn't sleep well enough for getting tattooed. Honestly this was an experience from hell and we would never go back. We asked for at least a refund for one night through Expedia who contacted them and they outright refused. Horrible."
