Great weekend get away! We felt as though we were stepping back in time! Jenna and Chris were very knowledgeable of the historical history of the home.

Thanks, Debra. It was nice meeting you and we hope to see you again!
Jenna and Chris and their fantastic accommodations were absolutely on point in every way...every detail was covered and well thought out.
We cannot wait to go back and stay in the Carriage House again, can't say enough about the overnight stay!

Thanks, Jason, so glad you enjoyed your visit and look forward to seeing you again!
Beautiful property, but if you are looking for the "personal" B&B touch, this may not be the property for you. Owners seemed too busy to offer that personal touch, as there are several rooms here. Breakfast was wonderful.

We strive to deliver a world-class experience for each and every guest, and clearly missed the mark in your case, Bruce. Thank you for the reminder that we're never too busy to spend a few minutes with the people who choose to stay with us, and please accept our apologies for a less than ideal visit.
Jenna and Chris are nice hosts- we will be back if we are in the area again

Glad we were able to accommodate, Greg. Sorry we didn't deliver 5/5 experience and hope to have the opportunity to improve in a future visit. Please contact me directly if there's feedback you'd like to share, thanks.
Jenna was fantastic. Well appointed "Stable" rooms very comfortable. Creative breakfast filling with several courses and beverage.
Definitely a repeat.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us and we are thrilled you took the time to share your experience with the world. We look forward to welcoming you back to Cartier Mansion the next time you visit Ludington!
Beautiful, respectfully restored, with a consistent homage to the full history of the home. The renovated carriage house suites were unique, comfortable, and quiet.
One night in Ludington before taking the ferry back to WI. We definitely picked the right place to stay in Ludington. Great charm and accommodations in the carriage house. Would stay here again if the opportunity presents itself!
Owners who work hard and care. Great to be interacting with the couple who owns and operates, they are very welcoming. Great property. The attention to details is very strong. Highly recommend.
Convenient location, great service but bed was uncomfortable.

Thank you Duane for choosing to stay with us recently. I am sorry to hear that the queen bed was uncomfortable and will look into improving this for our next guests. Hope we can welcome you back on your next visit to Ludington.
We loved this property and it was perfect for the night before catching the return voyage on the Badger. Breakfast was even served earlier so we could make our boarding time.

Thank you Pam and such a pleasure meeting you and Todd. Hope to welcome you both back to Ludington and Cartier Mansion soon.
Tip of the hat to a nice weekend to the nice folks at Cartier Mansion. Excellent breakfast, a comfortable room and a charming classic mansion remind you why it's nice to visit a bed and breakfast. If you want to see the beauty of the northern Michigan coast, this is the place to stay.
Chris and Jenna were very friendly. Loved the original nature this place still holds. Room was very clean. We enjoyed sitting by the fire in the evening. The breakfast was delicious as well! Highly recommend!

Thank you Ginger for choosing to stay with us. Such a pleasure meeting you both and hope to welcome you back again.
We decided to treat ourselves to a stay in this lovely historic B&B. It didn’t disappoint! The town of Ludington was quaint and visitor-friendly, the Mansion was not over-sold on the name. It was a lumber baron’s passion to build and now our Inn-Keeper’s passion to share with others. Breakfast was amazing, amenities made us feel right at home. We’ll be back!
The owners Jenna and Chris were super nice. The Carriage Room was clean and really nice. Just a 5 minute walk to downtown and all the restaurants and shops.
This is an amazing Bed and Breakfast. If you like history along with modern amenities this place is for you. Beautiful woodwork throughout. Our host was knowledgeable about the history of the mansion and original owners, with stories to share. Rooms were wonderful, and breakfast was outstanding.
A gem among the many places to stay in Ludington.
The history highlighted by the owners was fascinating and well presented. The beauty of the building and its preservation was amazing. The attention to detail was excellent in every aspect. We will definitely go back and definitely recommend to our friends.
