Puffin Inn of Anchorage

"I've stayed at the Puffin Inn multiple times over the years. The remodel/upgread is great the improvements are wonderful! Having said that the only down side was the A/C was down in our room and it was not great. The staff the first day said it was going to be maintenance the following morning however, that didn't happen. The staff said it was not scheduled to be fixed and there was nit maintenance staff there that day, so for our couple nights day we had no A/C. So it was hot and muggy. The breakfast was wonderful perk and anything else we asked about was graciously handled throughout our stay. Most likely to stay again."

"Front desk clerk did nothing but complain about working 2 jobs at check-in. There is no Office. Just a room converted into one on the ground floor. Hotel located in a difficult spot to get too. Not well signed."
