Cari Ryokan di Lucerne

"Location was the main point. A bare bones approach, good enough for sleeping, nothing more. I guess this what you get in Switzerland in that pcice range, which was not low by any means."

"This is a beautiful, clean, and very well-maintained property. We had an absolutely wonderful view and the location couldn't be better. They also have a great restaurant. The staff were some of the kindest, professional, and helpful we have experienced in a long time. This includes the restaurant staff as well."

"Nice little hotel in a great location. Nice and close to the train station, lake, shopping and the bridge. Only bad thing was the WiFi was pretty much non existent up in the room and the furniture pieces were too big for the room, couldn’t even open the bathroom door all the way."

"Decent hotel for the price"

"The property was conveniently located. They were very helpful with recommendations on a daily basis. They had a very nice breakfast included."

"Wonderful little hotel. Will stay again when in lovely Luzern"

"**Beautiful, modern, and comfortable, but very expensive** We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Alpina in Lucerne. The room was beautifully decorated, modern, and extremely comfortable, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The location is excellent, with plenty of places within walking distance and easy access to public transportation. My only concern was the price. It was honestly one of the most expensive hotel nights I've ever paid for. I'm not sure whether there was a special...

"It was clean, receptionist was so kind and welcoming and the best hotel in Lucerne. Highly recommend"

"Great location. Tiny room, much smaller than expected. Bed was not comfortable, no air conditioning, steep sets of stairs to reach rooms."

"We were on the lowest floor above a very loud ally/courtyard frequented by restaurant staff breaking glass bottles, talking, and smoking until late at night. The room was comfortable. Desk staff get overwhelmed at check-in; the luggage storage area is not monitored by staff"

"Not fancy at all but clean, comfortable, good location close to train station. Lots of hot water for a shower. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet at night. Breakfast was available and it was very good. Staff were very helpful and I was able to check in early which was very much appreciated."

"Friendly staffs and clean room with great location."

"Our stay at Chateau Gütsch was awesome and filled with unique experiences, especially thanks to its rich history. However, housekeeping needs improvement; our amenities weren’t topped up, and we even had to buy our own toilet paper from a nearby market. It is a memorable place to stay, but the service needs to be sharper."

"Good hotel with straight forward self check-in process. Fairly central in Lucerne. Knocking some points off the cleaniness as there was a kettle used by the previous hotel guest that was not clean (i.e. had cloves and tissue still in the kettle). Once this was reported to the hotel management, they quickly replaced the kettle by the time we came back from our day outing."
