"My nephew and I stayed at Sea Gardens. The staff were very fun and professional. The show time dance and activities was enjoyable. The food was delicious especially the braised beef. I also like that we could access food until 1:00 and they have an onsite club. Zoey from Entertainment was such a vibe. Our driver Kevin drove us to the airport- was such a gentleman. We are definitely staying here on our next adventure."

"Site was very nice and clean. Food and service were excellent. My only issue with the resort was the wifi coverage was spotty in certain areas. When we wanted to rent a kayak there was a waver that needed to be signed off. The waiver was online and when we tried to get online there was no Internet available at the building. We ended up not renting a kayak for that reason."

"Room service was good and service staff great. Consistently exceptional service was experienced at Miss Lou's from Ambrosia and Jonathan. It helped that this bar provided high-end drinks as well as high-end customer service. I would consider another stay at this property, especially if the buffet food quality could be improved."

"I had a lovely stay at Hotel 39 and am so glad I chose to stay here! I especially want to recognize Georgette, who was our server each morning at breakfast. She was such a joy to speak with and consistently provided exceptional customer service. She was warm, welcoming, and truly made our mornings special! The bartender and all the other staff were equally friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was also wonderful! It was always nice returning to a clean room with fresh towels. I also loved the complimentary breakfast and appreciated that the hotel offered massages, wish I had taken advantage of that. There are a few areas for improvement. The rooms got quite cold at night, and I wish warmer bedding, such as a blanket or quilt, had been provided instead of so many decorative pillows. Our mini fridge also didn't get very cold, making it less useful. I was disappointed that the lobby gift shop was closed throughout our entire stay, as I had really looked forward to shopping there. Having a bartender or drink service closer to the pool would also be great, as it was quite a walk to the indoor bar. Despite these minor inconveniences, I had a wonderful experience! The location is fantastic, just a short walk to Doctor's Cave Beach and all the restaurants and entertainment along the Hip Strip. I would definitely recommend Hotel 39, especially for its amazing staff and convenient location!"

"The Royalton Resort employee did not explained the benefits offered by Expedia when she placed an Expedia wriist bracelet on. I visited the Receptionist counter 3 days later to learn about the bracelet, that had been placed on my wrist. I was told that I had an Exoedia 10 % discount in the premises and was instructed to visit the Expdia partner desk for additional information concerning my benefits. The Resort personnel appear to be pleasant when processing vacationers requests for shuttle requests and assistance with luggage on Check-out day. The personnel failed to deliver on both requests In short, I'd to walk to my Restaurant dinner reservation. Also had to carry my three luggages to the Check-out counter at 11:49 am. 11 minutes before my 12:00 pm chdck-out time. I hope the Royalton Resort personnel Culture improves."
