Beautiful, elegant and super comfortable. However, a few things were amiss: the toilet ring and shower doors were loose, the heaters and heated rail in the bathroom cold, and - importantly - the shower started out hot but became tepid quite quickly. Fortunately, we were not here in winter!

Trip To Lublin From Florida

Very lovel hotel located in Old Town Lublin. The property is very clean and up to date and as the old saying goes, it’s so clean you could eat off the floor. The staff were so friendly. There’s only one complaint I have about the rooms. I was traveling to Lublin from the states and didn’t realize the sun rises so early in Poland during the summer. They definitely need black out blinds/drapes because it was 4 am and the sun was coming into the rooms. It woke me up really early and it was hard to fall back asleep. Outside of that everything else was fantastic.

Room spotless, exactly as described, brilliant views, old town magnificent. Only reason not 5 star is anxiety caused by lack of promised email re access codes. I had to chase up 2 hours before check in which i didnt need, girl on phone seemed very stressed. I was very stressed i might not have access. Lublin well worth a visit.

WE ARE PARTY OF 3 ADULTS WHO’VE BEEN STAYING IN FONTANA BOUTIQUE APARTMENT FOR 5 DAYS IN THE END OF AUGUST THE FIRST IMPRESSION OF THE PLACE WAS RATHER DISAPOINTING NOTHING WAS REMOTELY CLOSE TO WHAT WE EXPECTED. THE ROOMS WERE MUCH SMALLER THAN THOSE WE PREVIEW ON THEIR WEBSITE. AFTER UNPACKING OUR SUITCASES WE HAD TO TIPTOE BETWEEN THEM UNCOMFORTABLY. WE PREVIOUSLY MADE SURE WE’LL GET A QUIET ROOMS BUT INSTEAD OUR WINDOWS WERE FACING DIRECTLY OVER BUSY AND NOISY WALKWAY THE SOFA BED IN THE OTHER ROOM WAS OF VERY POOR QUALITY AND OUR FATHER WHO HAS SCIATICA PAIN SLEPT FOR MOST OF OUR STAY ON THIN VERY UNCOMFORTABLE MATRES. MOST IMPORTANTLY WE DIDN’T HAVE HOT WATER AND WE SHOWERED IN BARELY LUKEWARM WATER. UNFORTUNATELY NOTHING WAS DONE TO RESOLVE ANY OF THESE ISSUES, EVEN THOUGH WE ASKED THE MANAGEMENT TO FIX THEM 3 TIMES IN THE APARTMENT WAS NO SINGLE CHAIR OR EVEN STOOL AROUND, NO ACCESS TO BASIC CHANEL TV, THERE WAS NO SINGLE ATTEMPT TO COMPENSATE OUR TROUBLES. THEY STUBBORNLY STATED THAT ALL THE CONDITIONS THEY OFFERED WERE FULLY MET I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE WHO VALUE PEACE AND QUIET AND WELL EQUIPPED ACCOMMODATION
