"Unprofessional service, there’s only temporary parking until you check in, then they tell you to go park on the street but nobody tell you that you could be towed, 4 guys were at the entrance, not one helped with the luggage. There’s no WIFI and no Cable TV in the room"

"This place was a joke! I’ve booked two deluxe studios with 2 beds for 2 nights and we got 1 apt with 1 bed and 1 very uncomfortable couch, the second room had also 1 bed and pullout couch. Rooms were stinky! The AC wasn’t working in one of the rooms and in the other was only in the living room. I knew that I wouldn’t get a refund so I didn’t complain but I won’t recommend this place to anyone! "

"Nous avons quelques déboires (chauffe eau en panne, le climatiseur d'une chambre en panne, la télé ne fonctionnait pas, ascenseur en panne, machine à café en panne) qui ont été résolu rapidement. Dans la cuisine de l'appartement il n'est pas possible de cuisiné il y a juste un micro onde, il y a très peu de vaisselle. La literie est bonne, et la terrasse est juste magnifique. Le petit déjeuner était bien, mais le café de la machine est vraiment mauvais, il faudrait changer de fournisseur."

"Some of the villas are properties owed by private individuals, so even though you have access to most of the complex facilities including the swimming pools and restaurants; there was no daily cleaning service, no safe in the room. The reception staff could not answer any of our questions or help. Very disappointed and overpriced for the lack of service, plus not respectful tone of the property owner. Despite an amazing view, I would not recommend it. "

"Extremely dirty, no logic to be a 5 star hotel, i will never give even 3, dirty, smelly and no elevator to the 5th floor. Dont waist time to visit the place, the parking is far, caring all the baggage for 500 m no help . Choose another place "
