"We couldn't find a hotel in Halifax or the surrounding area. We saw availability at the Slumber Inn and booked it, even though it was an hour away. It was so clean, newly renovated and super comfortable beds. I'm glad we lucked out in finding this Gem in New Minas. Would recommend this location to everyone. Staff were very friendly and accommodating."

"Lovely stay. Only suggestion we have was for housekeeping to replenish some of the supplies, such as the toilet tissue and coffee packs. We would highly recommend this inn. The cottages are lovely and well.priced"

"This was such a gem in sleepy Wolfville in the Annapolis Valley. The property was delightful, the rooms comfortable with everything we needed, and the owners absolutely charming. Robyn prepared breakfast to order from a menu of about 5 choices, and Neil was a great tour guide, mapping out a variety of destinations throughout the valley. Breakfast was at individual tables, rather than a communal table- both are lovely in different ways. Weโd definitely pick Stella Rose if we return to that part of Nova Scotia."

"Everything was beautiful. They set out a variety of amenities for their guests to have for free, which includes granola little bags of chips, little pieces of chocolate, coffee, tea, water thereโs a little fridge in our room that we could keep things in the bathroom was beautiful and clean."
