"I arrived 4 hours before and wanted to drop my lugagge in the hotel to be able to have lunch in the mall. It was extremely hot and my lugagge was heavy to carry around. They just "don't have a service to keep the lugagges". Which I really have never seen before! They offered me the earlier checkin instead for an additional price. I have never seen this in my life, in any hotel, simple hotels and expensive hotels. They all have the service. We cannot all fit in in the checkin time of 15:00 all...

"I recently stayed at B&B HOTEL Neuss while traveling from the U.S., and overall the experience was average. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the breakfast was actually quite good with a decent selection each morning. Those were definitely the highlights. That said, the hotel itself felt a bit janky and worn down, and the rooms did not feel particularly clean or well-kept. Compared to U.S. standards, I would describe it as more comparable to a Motel 6 type experience...
