8. Hotel Krefeld-City

Krefeld-Mitte

"The room itself was fine, simple but clean and comfortable. The hotel is well situated. Check in, however, was a nightmare. I had already pre paid bu couldn't check in because they "didn't have my virtual credit card number". Was made to sit and wait half an hour whilst they checked everyone else in before they gave in and let me in. Also had cleaning staff knocking on my door two hours before check out asking when I was leaving as they wanted to clean my room for the next guest!"
