"unser Feedback zur Übernachtung im Hotel Mürz. Schon der Beginn war wie der ganze Aufenthalt. Unsere Frage nach der Tiefgarage wurde sehr mürrisch beantwortet um nicht zu sagen unhöflich. Der erste Eindruck wenn man auf die Zimmer geht, abgerissene Teppichrandleisten, angestückelte Fußböden, nicht wieder befestigte Deckenecken aus Styropor. "Schönes Hotel, aber leider in die "Jahre gekommen". Extrem schmutzige Teppiche mit unangenehmen Flecken. Badtüre vom Wasser beschädigt uvm. Von der fehlenden Klimaanlage bei +32°C gar nicht zu sprechen. Bei 3 Tage Aufenthalt keinen Platz zum Abendessen im Hotel-Restaurant erhalten, schade.
