"The Seven Oaks Noble House is a beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of old town Dubrovnik. It is a relatively short walk to the hotel from the taxi stand by the Pile gate and there are only about 10 steps up to the hotel entry from the street. The room was clean, modern, comfortable and quiet. As the hotel is fairly new, there were thick paned windows and room darkening shutters. "The kitchen was full equipped, room was clean and ample, and property itself was charming and in right inside the Old City, easy access to all major tourist points. Well maintained property, would absolutely stay here again. The owner Jon was easy to work with and incredibly attentive and responsive. (Only thing to note for travelers is that since this unique property is within the Old City, several stairs are involved in order to access)."

"Great clean, modern property in excellent location - perfect when already walked thousands of steps! No steps to property, only inside as our apartment was on second floor. Quiet - somehow in one of the only side streets without a bar or restaurant. Double glazed. Some noise on wooden stairs from other guests & above but nothing too much. Great air con, comfortable beds, good shower. Apartment was perhaps a little smaller than appeared in photos but perfectly fine. Would recommend!"

"The location of this apartment was perfect for exploring the Old Town and meeting with friends nearby. The room was clean, modern and had everything we needed for our two night stay. We arrived late and the check-in was relayed to us and went very smoothly as the directions to the location were excellent! Thank you for a great stay!"

"Great location overlooking the water. As this is a converted villa, they do not have a front desk to check in. They use key codes to enable entry in the villa and your room. I did not know this until I arrived. Expedia sent me multiple emails while I was in flight and I did not have a chance to check emails when I touched down to get this info. Fortunately there was staff there to help me out. My room was large and modern. Very comfortable"

"Cozy room on third floor (no elevator so travel light!), room was bright and clean with coffee/tea and a mini fridge, quiet area but near to core district. Not sure if any staff is usually on-site, communication was by email Shower was unfortunately broken and drain clogged so that was frustrating. I did report it and they said it would be repaired the next morning but I was already leaving. Not sure if / why not the previous guest reported it..."

"Room was very clean and modern, had a small kitchen which was nice. Staff were helpful. Lovely breakfast in the morning. Only downside is when asked to make up the sofa bed we were supplied with a duvet with a large brown-red stain on it and told there were no other duvets available."
