"This Hotel is a fair distance from the main Town of Zadar, about 30 minutes so be prepared for this length of time to travel to and from this hotel. I found it extremely costly using my Uber app from the Hotel to Zadar. If itโs peace and tranquility your looking for, well this is the right place to stay, The rooms were clean and I enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. Unfortunately I never experienced breakfast, not many guests breakfast closed early. Be prepared to walk up and down steep concrete stairs to rooms and facilities. At the very bottom of the stairs was delightful and by far the best asset of the hotel which was a gravel sea front with canopyโs and excess to the Mediterranean Sea which was so refreshing and I really enjoyed swimming in the natural sea than in most hotels where they have a pool"

"Great place to stay at a 15 min drive from Plitvice National park, the owner was really friendly and helpful! We got a welcome drink and cookies that was a nice touch. The place was cool at night even though there was no air conditioning. Friendly neighbourhood as well! Would have loved to stay longer."

"Fantastic views for the sea view balcony rooms and the breakfast was plentiful and full of fresh fruit, cheese, meats, baked pastries and lots of hot dishes too. Staff were very kind and the beach across the street is perfect to access easily."

"Perfect location if you have a hire car and need somewhere walking distance but easy to travel from. Room was perfect and to a high standard. Would stay again!"

"Lovely location on the sea front. Excellent breakfast. Beautiful outside area. Unfortunately room is dated and especially the bathroom which is very dated. Air conditioning is also very old and needs upgrading. Staff were very friendly and helpful. "

"Given the cleaning fee, we expected a higher level of cleanliness. Some of the mobile homes are also farther from the beach than depicted in the photos. Thereโs room for improvement in sustainability efforts, such as better recycling options and care for stray animals. That said, the location is excellent for visiting Paklenica National Park, and we appreciated the early check-in and free parking. "
